CONDITION GUIDE

At Second Down Studios, every piece we sell is authentic vintage. That means each item has lived a life before it reached you — and with that comes character, history, and sometimes a few imperfections.

To keep things clear and honest, we grade every item using the below grading system.

A — Excellent Vintage

Items in excellent vintage condition show minimal signs of wear.

  • Great vintage appearance

  • No holes, stains, or major flaws

  • Light fading or wear consistent with age may be present

B — Very Good Vintage

Clean, wearable, and full of classic vintage appeal.

  • Light wear from age and previous use

  • Minor imperfections such as slight staining, fading or light print cracking

  • No holes or significant damage

C — Worn Vintage

Well-worn pieces with visible character.

  • Noticeable signs of wear

  • May include more obvious stains, fading, cracking or small holes

  • Obvious signs of age and use

  • Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing; measurements are provided on every listing.
