Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for change-of-mind and sizing issues. To be eligible, you must contact us at seconddownstudios@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change-of-mind and sizing returns:

• Returned at the customer’s expense

• Refunded via store credit

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Items must be returned in original condition

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot process refunds for items not received.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order through our website via your store credit.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

If the item is confirmed to have a fault, we will:

• Cover return postage

• Provide a refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
